Break all the schools
in the world.
Make gardens there
In stead.
Gardens are homes
to buds, aspirant.
They are places for
buds to bloom,
fragrances to loom,
twigs to support,
Seeds to germinate,
flowers to luminate.
They are but
Halls of tenderness,
temples of delicacy,
forests of innocence,
Skies of aspirations,
Oceans of love,
Schools of peace, and
Worlds of coexistence.
Give us
Such places of worship,
Such spaces to bloom,
Such gardens
for our kids to loom
across the borders
of languages,
of knowledge,
of social norms,
of political germs,
of wars and terror,
of frightful bomb scare.
Give us such places
Such zones of safety
Where we can
Dream, dare and live
For our lands,
Where we can
Love, live and die
For humanity
and the planet Earth.
