He is supposed to keep his words
By walking afar from here, at the solitary paths;
The Sumida and the Arakawa
In between these two rivers
Once again he feels asleep today,
He, The Wave, suddenly tired of a noon’;
In a flock
This year, the winter fishes
Has come in an advanced,
They are biting him, thinking he is dead.
