Time does not flow as a robust river.
Nor does it roll on colorful wheels
from a dusty past
To a freaky-fuzzy future.
In fact, your clock does not show
The relentless passage of time
But the movement of its hands
Through space on a dial.
Now ask a question:
If time really passes by and advances,
What is its speed?
How many kilometers per hour?
And hence the past vanishes
and the future evaporates.
And what we call time shifts
to a duration that stands still.
So the flow of time is just an illusion:
We move through a deceptive mirage,
The mysterious void of existence
Encased in the fabric of eternal present.
