everything weaves a trail through time
spiraling down the bare edges of mind
don’t try to follow, just listen for the voice
and try to remember, you’ve got no choice
you never ask to be born, didn’t ask to die;
feel your soul ever trembling it’s hope in a sigh
prisms of tears will reflect today’s sorrow,
a bankrupt mortgage upon your tomorrows
particles or waves; it turns out the same
there’s no one to censure; no one to blame
don’t bow down to worship some unspoken words:
for your souls simple anguish, nobody has heard.
