Lenin’s monument stood in the Park
in the honor of old-time ideas.
On the bad weather he really spat,
but what he didn’t like it was – pigeons.
But the pigeons, in spite of dislike,
special tenderness felt for the leader.
they pecked something from his iron hand,
and relieved themselves on the spot, here…
And to stand on his genius head
they considered it just for an honor!
Heaven’s bird – from it what could we take? –
Only one meal for a cat or so…
Once upon a time, capturing tool,
To the Park was approaching a vandal,
to desecrate the monument, fool
Decided: “It’s enough, it was standing! “
Suddenly it became dark from wings,
pigeons rushed to him into the battle –
aiming at the crown, eyes of the pig,
and he ran half alive from the ground.
Believe in good and then good will win!
What a shame to the disgraceful vandals!
In the Park Lenin’s monument is,
he’s been friends with the birds ever after.
