I see the golden rays,
Entering through,
The screen,
On the open window,
Of the parlor.
I see miniscule particles,
Of dust,
Swimming,
On the golden rays.
I see sunshine,
Filtering,
Through,
The spinning blades,
Of the box fan.
On the floor,
I see wonderful silhouettes,
Of the blades,
Turning round,
And round,
On the hardwood floor.
The light,
Around the shades,
So bright,
It blinds me,
As it bounces off,
The polished wood.
So bright,
So bright.
