….A woman having an abortion
Maybe she’s at the end of her wits
….That’s a distinct possibility
Society conveniently forgets
The unborn child…it is true
…..Literally has no voice
Neither….does the soldier…..
Both devoid totally of choice
Patriotically…it’s acceptable
…The multiple fatalities…of war
While denying the body an abortion
…Which seems hypocritical….by far
‘Tis…that anguished…scenario
Society conveniently forgets
“A woman choosing…abortion…..
Perhaps…she’s at the end…of her wits”
