A dropp of rain falls on her face
As she stands upon the shore
Wild wind tangles in her hair
As the storm breaks over her
Lightening spreads its fingers
Down towards the waves
Crackling with its power
Face seen in profile now
Whipped by the driving rain
Shoulders hunched up high
Hands held out to catch
The tears that heaven cries
Monochrome glimpses of a life
Lived out there with nature
And held tight in that moment
Monochrome Moments
