I do not want any
unwholesome talk
come out of my mouth.
I shall speak only
only what is helpful
for building others up
according to their needs.
I want to get rid of
all bitterness,
rage and anger,
brawling and slander,
along with every form of malice.
I want to be compassionate
and kind to all whom I meet.
When I do all these
I begin to be compassionate
to my own self
and I love myself.
(Ref. Ephesians 4: 29-32 in the Holy Bible) .
