I have a right to snow and
Have my wind’s blow
With rain and sleet
Now may I repeat,
It’s my season!
How else would you use your sleds,
Jumping early out of bed.
Snowmen and snowball bring you
So much fun to be had,
Snow angels and ice skating, slipping
And sliding with brothers and sisters,
Moms and dads.
How you love to ski across long trails, also
It’s an Olympic sport,
and how you love
Making reservations at fancy resorts.
Sorry for the trouble that sometimes take place,
But it is a part of my season and can not be replaced.
Be patient dear friends, I am timed by nature’s clock
I am the ‘Peacock’ of seasons so just think about it
And stop complaining…please…
It really is going to get better as of March…something or OTHER!
