The changes in weather,
Hurricanes and storms,
Are increasing day after day,
We’re in this together,
Takes on new forms,
Truth is we don’t have a say.
Both petrol and diesel,
Are on the way out,
As pollutants they are out of control,
I smell a weasel,
Of that there’s no doubt,
Those in power do not have a soul.
As Greenhouse gasses,
Melt the ice,
The seas will take over the land,
Killing the masses.
Yes, we’ll pay the price,
It’s too late now the end is at hand.
When resources die,
The crops will fail,
Those with, we’ll start to abhor,
Our plight they’ll deny,
As we become frail,
This will lead to anarchy and war.
Those waiting out there,
For our demise,
Have our governments running scared,
We need to beware,
The Earth is their prize,
Very few of us will be spared.
To change, it’s too late,
The damage is done,
The reason, we made money our god,
Doomed to our fate,
Of sympathy, there’s none,
