It is not always easy to keep any relationship bond tight and profound due to miscommunication in the current digital age. Some of us have all relied too much on social media to communicate. Nowadays, conversations with each other seem to lack heartfelt, deep and sincere elements. People appear to be more vulnerable and rarely try to express their feelings. This will soon lead to hollowness in any relationship and it’s not the world that we want.
Sometimes, it doesn’t ask for any big gestures or costly gifts to touch someone’s heart, especially the heart of your loved ones like your friend, your partner or any of your family members. If any of them have birthdays in February and you want to make them feel special and show that you still care a great deal about them, give them these thoughtful, delightful and sentimental poems for February birthdays.
Remind them that they still hold a very crucial position in your life and how much you value and are grateful for them. It’s guaranteed to make their day and create an unforgettable birthday for them. You can prepare a well-handwritten birthday card, filled in with delightful and sentimental February birthday poems. The card will be the highlight of the birthday and create an important memory that they will cherish for a long time.

Many think this holiday honors all United States presidents we elect
But let me reflect
It is Washington’s birthday that we celebrate
It honors President Washington and President Lincoln as of late
Let’s see how they relate
Washington was a good ol’ lad
He was the best that America had
Unanimously elected to commander in chief
He gave colonists some hope and belief
Posthumously, promoted to a six-star general
That will forever remain unattainable
Presided over the Constitution writing
That must have been rather exciting
Unanimously elected as our first president for two terms
To which he affirms
Relinquishing his power
Setting a precedent for every successor
Lincoln was a prominent figure
During the Civil War
Another commander in chief
With a strong belief
His Emancipation Proclamation
To end slavery in our nation
He met his untimely demise
By a Confederate that did not sympathize
Both of these men deserve a day
For creating the country we know today
Though it is not perfect in any way
America is where I want to stay!

aforementioned author born
February 7, 1812
the long deceased (centuries) storied author
I toot and trumpet virtual horn
accompanying pet rooster
first thing in the morn.
Greetings mutual friend,
hard times dash Great Expectations
in this Bleak House
whereby battle of life ensues
when Sunday chimes
from Master Humphrey’s clock
somber American notes
invoking overshadowing doom
from young gentlemen:
Oliver Twist, Nicholas Nickleby, Barnaby Rudge
Martin Chuzzlewit, David Copperfield
and Young Cricket on the hearth Little Dorrit
collaborated on Pickwick Papers
with Dombey and son detailing
how I (a haunted man/
ghost’s bargain) alias Mudfog
self absorbed in his Old Curiosity Shop
hunted down by boyhood days
(akin to an endless Christmas carol
frieze as child’s history)
now a thick dust covered holiday romance
memory portraying this signal-man
(according to George Silverman’s explanation)
eerily similar to
the mystery of Edwin Drood,
exiled after his trial for murder
birthing three ghost stories
inhabiting a haunted house
affecting the young couples lamplighter,
an uncommercial traveler
evidenced by pictures from Italy
prone to speeches, sketches
by Boz and his lazy tour
an oft repeated Tale Of Two Cities
best read at dusk.

You’re a February baby
and this card is just for you
though hearts&flowers line the streets
your day is special too.
I’m sending you my blessings
that the years will find you strong
and in this month of love and caring
I’m passing mine along

Shana Aubrey Harris born…
twenty three years ago
today February 4th, 2022
begat about nine months prior,
approximately late April/early May 1998,
she exited thru fully dilated cervix
10 centimeters or just under 4 inches
immediately cherished as a precious gift
her radiant pink flesh did healthily glow
despite developmental delay
observed during babyhood stage,
blessed timely intervention
hallelujah to countless social services
helped bring her up to speed
and in accordance with average statistics
pertaining to population of girls
at various ages of her life
most vital metrics indicated she did grow,
and matured into an attractive young lady
now mindful (courtesy common sense
and valuable life lessons)
said offspring quite aware the necessity
to comply with status quo
unlike this nonestablishmentarian papa,
who frittered away priceless time show
wing measly abysmal track records
regarding academic and employment, though
not necessarily criminal, I barely lived
analogously solely placing big toe
within streaming rush of opportunities
upon reflection, I experience woe.
Thank you immeasurably youngest daughter
valuable Shayna Punim
beloved gifted progeny bold
coaching, daring, encouraging… herself
whether the weather hot or cold
to take positive growth risks
you count as more precious
than fine spun gold
enhancing mein kampf,
whose absence warrants
birth mama or papa to hold
our darling offspring,
when she clamors for attention,
yet prohibitive physical distance
renders impossible mission
to proffer sought after nurturing,
hence the best attempt to lyft
your spirits (if sagging)
finds me driving in one direction
across information superhighway insync with
electronic uber global positioning satellite
merely wishing ye happy birthday
now intent to email thee told.

Ohhhhhhhhh!
Crashing through the years
With a backpack and a bike
Oh what a blur it’s been…
Having friends and fights
Seemingly attractive
Facing the big one-eight
Oh how prepared for life you are
But that’s up for debate
‘Cause… it’s the day, the big one eight
You are now a man
Paying bills, having dates
Driving mini-vans… ANS
Having kids, losing jobs,
Making pension plaans
But all of that’s long from now
Today you are a man!!!!!!

Oh my God,
Oh Mon Dieu!
Another birthday poem.
Audrey! This is for you!
You’re kind and gentle
Filled with care
Filled to the brim
With enough left to share.
Because seriously, you’re totally one of a kind
Whenever I’m around you, cloudy days seem to shine
There’s always an air around you
That only seems benign
Always willing to help, willing to toss a line
You totally deserve recognition, for everybody to shout
Happy Birthday Audrey! Keep growing!
You’re totally awesome. I can say this without a doubt.
(Wish I knew you better! More things to rhyme with that way.)
8, Happy birthday Martin! © Anonymous
An ode to Martin
The king of tentacles and hentai finally goes to rest
Imensely satisfied at the ones he molests
It only takes a little encouragement for him to express
his inner longings, which would put anyone in distress
And I digress,
For this is not what this poem is about
What you’ve seen above is “mostly” untrue
For if you’ve had seen him today you’d probably shout
Happy birthday Martin! And many wishes to you!
Happy birthday!!!

February is a good month
The month has Valentine’s Day
For the couples to celebrate
On this special day together
Family day is a celebration
February has Ground hog Day
When the albino groundhog
Shows his shadow on this day
It means he returns back in his
hole
A longer winter we’ll have or maybe
an early Spring-I ‘m not sure
February is a birthday month
Some people celebrate
Two birthdays on the same day
Or have a birthday three days from
mine
February is also a leap year month
Yes February is a good month

happy birthday
my sweet friend
this is a date
i don’t forget
my wishes to you
sent telepathically
you were my highschool
best forever friend
each year I think of you
it saddens me that
the forever part
of our bond dissipated
i wish life had not torn us apart
growing up has
its aches and pains
still i reminisce
and think of you
especially on this one day
it’s quite inconceivable how
so much water has flowed
under the bridge of time
i wish you all the best
happy birthday
my sweet friend

Birthday Reminder
It’s your birthday, so don’t feel down;
Don’t think bad stuff and frown;
Your life should be filled with mirth;
Just look what you’ve done since your birth.
You started out really small,
Now you’re really filled out and tall.
In the beginning you would just cry,
Now you can laugh if you try.
You’ve done quite well since your start,
So as you grow older take heart;
Keep up the good work and don’t be a jerk;
Stay happy till you’re an old fart.
12, Happy Birthday © Laura Sassi
Ben got a bear
And a sleek shiny jet
And a stool with his name
And a little train set.
But what he liked best
Were the astronaut clothes
That he made from the boxes
And ribbons and bows.
In full cardboard armor
He gives a salute.
Then he’s off to the moon
In his new birthday suit.
