What determines the quality of a human life…
A crying newborn arrives on this planet dumb
A trusting child with no inclination of direction
Love and nurturing determine who they become
While growing, a melody forms deep inside
creating a glow that beams with inspiration
Forming an individual… who walks into the future
Finding a path that leads to a singular destination
During the days of living, hours create a song
Giving a voice to a soul from here to beyond
The melody and lyrics can be heard near and far
Rippling like circular waves an unchartered pond
