To you dear newbies I say welcome!
Warm welcome to where you’ve come
Don’t be lost when parents are gone
It’s a new world it’s a new dawn
To day you might shed a tear or two
The world will see what you shall do
Here because; you’re second to none
The result of efforts with spirits done
Be happy you’re among a select few
Buds that will here shed their dew
Here you shall rise, a modeled man
Here you may conceive, a grand plan
You’ll find here friends to last you a life
To laugh and giggle, also comfort in strife
Beyond these pals you might never cast
They are your huddle that a century last
Here you’ll meet those angels in gowns
You’ll never find in cities and towns
You’ll change your clothes seven a day
In the evening again to Maghrib pray
Learn new tricks and the hair to flick
Books and bats and language slick
You’ll take on hobbies and numerous skills
Add to your persona those elusive frills
Tomorrow in a high-rise across the world
You’ll bear this standard in your heart curled
Oh! Come my daring and bold friends
Across dunes, deserts an Abdalian sends
Under the shade of this comforting dome
Soak pride and solace in your new home
