It is dark here,
The darkness a wicked spell,
Cast by a vengeful witch,
There is no oxygen, no security,
Just darkness that never ends,
And I am alone here,
With no laughter or friends.
I have been abandoned,
I am isolated where spiders dwell,
I am trapped,
I am cursed,
To never feel the sunlight on my skin,
For life is something I did not win.
I have no answers to my questions,
I only have seeds of doubt,
And I long for the fresh air on my face,
No worries about spiders crawling on me,
And it is like a puzzle:
For how long will I live in this dark place?
As black as the outer space,
And the outer limits.
For this is the darkside,
A journey to the twlight zone,
Where angels fear to tread,
And where spiders dwell.
