Lxxxvi
Sitting here on this vast sand bed of the sea-shore
I see the stallions of waves galloping towards the land
From where the infinite stretches of sea meet the sky
Reddened with the blood of sun slain by the knights of time
Lxxxvii
The mighty cavalry is checked at the water line and shattered
The slain sun resurrects by your boon and rises the next dawn
The mermaids rise dancing and singing welcome praise of
The prince in Golden charriot drawn by seven white horses
Lxxxviii
The terrific terminators could not hide behind the dark night
For it dawned unexpected and could not escape from the sun
Tail and head of the endless snake of time having been lost
Is crawling fast; who, saved you, knows forward or backward
Lxxxix
Waves, horripilations of the sea, appear for a moment and
Disappear by the next spreading all over, the waves of ecstasy
And merge with the salty sea water bubbling and foaming
Like a soul, on death, merges with the God in heaven
XC
It’s thy teasing to make beauty and pleasure momentary
The waves which rise like the hoods of charmed serpents
To dance to the tune of MAGUDI the chamer plays,
Falls down and slither away to urge another to rise
