O MISTER MOON, MISTER MOON
(children’s Moon rhymes)
Today, March the second
Winter is two months old.
Tonight, there is a full moon
I wait to see Mr. Moon.
O mister Moon, mister Moon!
Will you arrive here tonight?
Did you know this or not?
I’ll wait here for you tonight.
O mister Moon, mister Moon!
Snow storm Riley is gusting
Cold snowflakes are flying
Pine branches twisted by storm winds.
O mister Moon, mister Moon!
Will you arrive here tonight?
If all snowflakes stop falling
You’ll be very beautiful.

Above is translation poem of NHIEN NGUYEN MD:
ÔNG GIẲNG ÔNG GIĂNG
(vè ông Giăng)
Tháng ba, mồng hai
Đông qua hai tháng
Đêm nay trăng rằm
Tôi chờ trông trăng.
Ông Giẳng, ông Giăng
Đêm nay ông tới?
Ông có hay rằng
Tôi chờ ông đây?
Ông Giẳng, ông Giăng!
Riley bão gió
Tuyết lạnh bay nhanh
Cành thông gió oằn.
Ông Giẳng, ông Giăng!
Đêm nay ông tới?
Nếu mà tuyết ngưng
Ông đẹp vô cùng.
