Once again the may flowers bloomed,
smouldering my lava of memories doomed,
Fuming fresh with red hot ember,
The flowers taunting to remember.
The sole witness of past vows exchanged,
Life together or death together interchanged,
Signing eternal love on the tree,
The branches nodding with glee,
The flowers blossoming under our warmth of declarations,
The wind breezing cool with pranky flirtations,
The sun breathing down our necks with heated excitement,
The leaves whispering in fervent anticipation!
Time a witness that sealed the moments…
Only to scatter the vows in thin air…
Like poles we drifted apart…
With broken threads of dreams.
Now I stand alone
drenched in my tears of sorrows lone,
The vows scattered in the glitter of gold,
To colour your dreams untold.
Still a wish to let you know
how your callousness has hurt me raw..
Fated to drown in the depth of loss
My smiles wiped out forever!
