A ventriloquist did look at
Buying the Farmer Brown’s small farm.
While with Brown, he decided that
A little fun could do no harm.
They both walked by the barnyard stands.
A milk cow turned to them and spoke,
‘You always milk me with cold hands.’
‘Damn.’ The farmer wheezed in a choke.
A voice came from the chicken coop.
‘Us hens are being underfed.’
The farmer seemed thrown for a loop.
At the sheep pen, the farmer said,
‘These sheep might tell some tales – okay? ‘
‘Just don’t believe a word they say.’
