Mind is stable
And heart is steady with no bubbles
It beats constantly
And guides regularly
Body and spirit
Both incline and greet
Any change that is needed
And adjust when added
So it is for betterment
That you compliment
With steady exercise in morning
And some light one in the evening
So dance and dance
With forward looking at once
Deep breathing and easily leaving
Real utilization and reliving
