I was at a camp meeting
one night
the moon was bright
and pretty
when I looked over there
I saw
two monkeys fighting
over a banana
one monkey hit the other
monkey in the eye
and it got black
the other monkey stepped
on the other monkeys toe
and it turned red
when they got through fighting
both the monkeys thanked
the other one for a great fight
because when they got through fighting
there was no longer
any banana
left to be fighting over!
