Never a deed done here goes vain,
No hope hindered, no good end marred,
No faith blocked, no path barred,
Nor need one fear of reaction,
Saving its doer from cycles of birth,

1. Bhagavad-Gita talks of a three-fold approach to yoga: jňāna-yoga, Knowledge as a means of liberation. Other yogas talked about are: karma-yoga, discipline of Karma, doing one’s duty; Bhakti-yoga, discipline of selfless love, affection towards one’s deity, the yoga of devotion and faith.
